Sercy is old Southern slang for "an unexpected gift," and giving back is key to who we are. We source our sugar from a fair-trade certified company that is part of the Native Green Cane Project network. This is the largest sustainable agriculture project in the world and has made some major advances, including implementing recycled waste streams, using natural means for pest control, planting millions of trees to create greenways, and developing social programs for laborers.
